Freediving Workshop with Nik Linder on 28.11.2020
Freediving is the most relaxing way to dive. A low pulse rate guarantees longer dives. If you learn to relax in the water, you can transfer this knowledge to everyday life and to other sports, such as diving, swimming and other endurance sports.

After a theory, breathing and relaxation session, we will go into the water to awaken the body's natural relaxation mechanism - the diving reflex.
Who is Nik Linder?
Nik Linder is one of the best-known freedivers and instructors in the German-speaking world. During his active time as an athlete he broke numerous records, including 5 world records in distance diving under ice. A few years ago he developed his own relaxation method, the "Relaqua Principle". He is the author of several books on apnea diving and stress reduction and regularly writes articles and gives lectures on these topics. Today he works mainly as a trainer, instructor and tour guide.
For whom is the workshop suitable?
For all who want to get a first impression of Freediving or already have a PADI Basic Freediver Kurs have visited. So you don't have to have any previous knowledge, on the contrary!
